Refund Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES

Sledcore ships merchandise Worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Items typically ship same day or next day depending on the time of day the order is placed, but the time of arrival is subject to the shipping courier, destination of your choice and other unforeseen variables.

RETURN POLICY

Sledcore is willing to accept any product that is in resalable condition if we receive the product back within 14 days of the time of purchase. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). Exchanges are allowed, but are limited to 21 days from the time of purchase and must be following the same stipulations as refunds except that exchanges are also permitted if you ordered the wrong size. We will accept returns on gear, apparel and equipment only under the following conditions.

ACCEPTABLE TERMS

• Items must be in the original packaging
• Items must be clean and free from wear
• Items must be unwashed • Items have all original tags and accessories items that were included in the original shipment (IE stickers, laundry bags etc.)

UNACCEPTABLE TERMS
• Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria
• Items are smelly, dirty, or appear to have been used
• Any marks, stains, tears, rips, or any other visible or detectable damages or use of product

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

Please pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags, warranty cards, and any attachments. Write the order number on the outside of the box. Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Address for returns:
